We are committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. 
When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. 

Please call us AT LEAST TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS (48 HOURS).
BUSINESS DAY EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. 

prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations,
or $50 LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW FEE applies.

We DO NOT ACCEPT TEXT MESSAGE or VOICEMAILS as a form of cancellation 

as we cannot monitor text messages and voicemails around the clock.
